We ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. That being said, orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
You will receive an email with your tracking number after the order has been shipped.

In-store Pickup
For those of you who live in Knoxville, TN, we are happy to have your order ready for you to pick up in-store instead of shipping. At checkout, simply choose "in-store pickup" and we will have it ready for you!
Return Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days of the time your package is delivered for store credit only. Returns must be unworn with tags attached.
If you need to return an item, please click the "Contact" button below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will receive a return label free of charge. We do this because your happiness in your purchase is important to us!
